I met Rachel and Ways a few years ago through mutual friends. When Rachel emailed me and told me she was engaged to Ways, I was so excited that she wanted me to photograph their wedding this September. Ways is Afghani so they will be having a multi-cultural wedding incorporating some Afghani traditions, which I can’t wait to photograph. For their engagement session, we went to Lake Harriet and then decided to get out of the heat and head over the (air conditioned) Guthrie Theatre for a different setting that would compliment the photos at the lake. These two are so sweet together and really fun to be around. I can’t wait to be part of their wedding!
